TEMPORIUM – Full Paper Submission Rules and Guidelines

1. Originality and Publication Ethics

  • Submitted papers must be original, unpublished work and must not be under review or consideration by any other conference, journal, or publication.
  • All submissions will be checked for plagiarism using standard academic screening tools.
  • Papers with significant plagiarism or unethical practices will be rejected.

2. Relevance to Conference Themes

Papers must align with the thematic focus of TEMPORIUM, including topics related to heritage, landscapes, technologies, traditions, cultural continuity, and ecological knowledge systems.

3. Full Paper Length

  • Full papers should be 4000–6000 words, including references.
  • The word count excludes captions of figures and tables.

4. Paper Structure

Full papers should typically include:

  • Title of the Paper
  • Abstract (200–250 words)
  • Keywords (4–6 keywords)
  • Introduction
  • Literature Review / Background
  • Methodology
  • Analysis / Discussion
  • Results / Findings
  • Conclusion
  • References

5. Formatting Guidelines

  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Title: 16 pt, Bold
  • Headings: 12 pt, Bold
  • Body text: 11 pt
  • Line spacing: 1.5
  • Page size: A4
  • Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides

6. Figures, Tables and Illustrations

  • All images, drawings, tables, and graphs must be high resolution (minimum 300 dpi).
  • Each figure or table must include caption and source information.
  • Authors must ensure copyright clearance for images.

7. Referencing Style

  • References must follow the APA (7th Edition) citation style unless otherwise specified.
  • All in-text citations must appear in the reference list.

8. Submission Format

  • Papers must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
  • A PDF version may also be requested for review purposes.

9. Double-Blind Peer Review

  • TEMPORIUM follows a double-blind peer review process.
  • Authors must remove names, affiliations, acknowledgements, and identifying references from the manuscript.

10. Acceptance and Presentation

  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference.
  • Only presented papers will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings or associated publications.

11. Copyright and Permissions

  • Authors retain responsibility for copyright permissions for all images, maps, diagrams, and datasets used in the paper.
